Beaver PC Case

There definitely is no dearth of original and creative CPU cases in this world. It is very understandable after all that geeks need an outlet for creativity other than in the programs they make. Hence we get so many interesting and beautiful and even really weird CPU cases. The beaver PC case, in my opinion is a way too bizarre though and thoroughly morbid (not to to mention something that would anger RSPCA).

The beaver PC is the creation of Kasey McMahon. According to McMahon it took days to carve out all of the beavers insides with his electric knife. His knife wasn’t dull at all but it must have been the beaver’s ghost making it really difficult. Seriously though the carving out process was the most tedious part in putting together the unique PC case.

For the interested geek the beaver PC’s specs are:

• Intel Core 2 Duo processor - T7200 2.00 GHz 667 4MB 1.0375–1.3V
• 160GB Hard drive - laptop drive
• 1GB RAM - NBM 1G|PATRIOT DII667 PSD21G6672S R
• Motherboard: AOpen Mini ITX A-I945GTT-VFA (RoHS) with external power supply
• Panasonic UJ-85J 8X Slim DVD Burner
• Tornado 80mm fan - ACCES FAN|80X38 3/4PTD8038H VTTD RT

Now that is a pretty good computer but I’d never trade it for mine, especially with that beaver looking like its ready to pounce at your for carving it up. As bizarre as it is I wouldn’t be surprised if this inspires someone to stuff a mouse into a real mouse. Left ear - CLICK! Right ear - CLICK!
